Welcome to Strictly Confidential! We are external confidential counsellors, working to bring greater integrity and happiness to workplaces in the Netherlands. Our role is to support and guide staff members reporting unwanted behaviour, as well as suspected breaches of integrity. Through our services we provide we aim to instill greater transparency, accountability, respect and trust within companies and organisations, and in doing so to raise mental and emotional health, benefitting personal performance.

We listen to workplace colleagues reporting problems or concerns regarding undesirable behaviour and corporate integrity, offering them emotional support .

We help these individuals to find solutions to their problems or questions and refer them to a more appropriate adviser for their needs, when this is more appropriate or necessary. For example, in the case of an internal whistleblower, we can provide an overview of pros and cons of reporting the issue, whether internally or externally, and help this person decide on his or her next steps..

We ask questions, clarify the facts and advise clients on possible next steps. In the case of a dispute or awkward working relationship, we can provide the services of a professional coach and/or mediator.

We report on activities in an anonymous way that protects personal privacy..We summarise the activities performed and provide input and insights to enable management to act to prevent undesirable behaviour or integrity breaches from occurring in future.
